‘Answer’ to On-Time Delivery
From day one, AMD Plastics has been focused on solving customers' problems by delivering the technology, expertise and manufacturing capabilities required to start and finish a job. We're diverse because we bring engineering experts to the table to ensure that projects are designed for manufacturability. We're a single source because over the years we have brought services in-house that support our thermoforming and urethane molding operations. Those include painting, finishing, machining, assembly, and metalwork.
AMD Plastics started in 1986 as a solution to a problem, when its original parent company needed thermoformed plastic panels to complete a large contract manufacturing project. A thermoforming operation was born and it quickly evolved into a full-service plastics manufacturing firm that thermoforms and performs high-tolerance CNC machining to finish the part.
Over the years, AMD Plastics has grown because of customer relationships we have forged with companies that partner with AMD Plastics because they trust us to guide them through the design, materials selection and entire manufacturing production process. We're responsive, nimble, and concerned about our clients' outcomes.
Today, AMD Plastics is an organization of highly skilled, engineering-minded craftspeople who take pride in their work. No rookies here. Our seasoned management team averages more than 25 years of plastic manufacturing experience. Our Cleveland-based facility serves customers all over the country, and globe. We are regionally strong-and the demand for our problem-solving approach has resulted in national and international expansion.
At AMD Plastics, we have the same goals as our customers: on-time performance, consistency, quality, accountability, and expertise. That's why we are a true partner for companies that seek AMD Plastics out as a single source manufacturer specializing in plastics.
